Product Introduction:
The synergistic use of new retarders and fluid loss agents makes the EZCem system the most widely used temperature and density range in the field of oil and gas well cementing; The medium high temperature cement slurry system with the strongest adaptability to cement varieties, slurry water, and various pollutants. The EZCem system, when used in conjunction with corresponding laminar viscous isolation fluids, greatly improves the cementing quality of oil and gas wells and reduces operational risks.
Advantages:
Simple on-site operation and cementing design
Wide application range and strong adaptability
Excellent bonding quality
Typical performance and application conditions:
EZCem technology was successfully commercialized in 2009 and has been applied in multiple oil and gas fields worldwide. Through practice, it has been proven that this technology is effective under the following conditions:
Operating temperature: Static temperature 150-392 ° F (65-200 ° C)
Usage density: 12.0 ppg to 20.0 ppg (1.45-2.45 g/cm3)
Slurry water: freshwater, seawater, saltwater
Compressive strength: 45 MPa/175 ° C * 24 hours
API dehydration: ≤ 50 mL (160 ° C)
The typical thickening curve of EZCem cement slurry system is shown in the following figure.
