Flow off technology was successfully commercialized in 2010 and has been applied in multiple oil and gas fields worldwide. Practice has proven that this technology is effective when used under the following conditions:
Operating temperature: Static temperature 150-302 ° F (65-150 ° C)
Usage density: 10.5 ppg to 20.0 ppg (1.30-2.45 g/cm3)
Slurry water: freshwater, saltwater (concentration up to 18%)
Compressive strength: ≥ 15 MPa/24 hours
API dehydration: 15-30 mL
