Product Introduction:
EZFrac is a water-based fracturing fluid made by crosslinking CMHPG with organic zirconium crosslinker. CMHPG is a guar gum derivative with extremely low residue content, designed specifically for high-temperature deep well fracturing applications.
Advantages:
On site mixing is simple and easy to implement, with low construction risks and high cost-effectiveness
Good yield increase effect
Suitable for various medium to high temperature oil and gas wells and reservoirs
Basic performance and usage conditions:
EZFrac technology was successfully commercialized in 2016 and has been applied in multiple oil and gas fields worldwide. Practice has proven that this technology is effective in treating tight sandstone and carbonate reservoirs under the following conditions:
Temperature: Static temperature 100-375F (35-190C)
Strata: Various sandstone and carbonate rock formations
Liquid preparation water: freshwater, saltwater, seawater
The typical rheological properties of the EZFrac liquid system are shown in the following figure.
