Deep acidification technology (DPA)

  • Product Details

Product Introduction:

Sensitive sandstone, especially when the wellbore temperature is very high, requires special attention in the design of acidification transformation. Choosing the appropriate liquid technology is crucial when acidizing sensitive sandstones and formations with high bottomhole temperatures. DPA deep acidification technology is a specially developed and designed liquid technology for acidizing sandstone formations with high clay and silt content and hydrochloric acid sensitive minerals (such as zeolite and chlorite), especially at high wellbore temperatures.

Advantages:

Safe working environment

Effective production enhancement and transformation of sensitive high-temperature sandstone reservoirs

Widely applicable temperature range, especially in high-temperature sensitive sandstone formations

Basic performance and usage conditions:

DPA technology was successfully commercialized in 2012 and has been applied in multiple oil and gas fields worldwide. Through practice, it has been proven that this technology is effective in treating sandstone formations under the following conditions:

Temperature: Static temperature 60-350 ℉ (15-17 ℃)

Stratum: Sandstone with clay content higher than 15%, especially sensitive clay

Construction fluid: Sandstone acidizing fluid

Liquid preparation water: Fresh water
