For oil and gas reservoirs with high sulfur content that are prone to casing corrosion and cracking, we have independently developed HS series oil well pipes with HS80S/SS to HS110S/SS grades that are resistant to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion. These pipes have excellent mechanical properties and resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking.
HS80TS~HS110TS series corrosion-resistant and anti extrusion casing products that can provide anti extrusion performance higher than API standards. At present, this series of products has been widely used in the development of high hydrogen sulfide blocks in Sichuan, Tarim, and offshore oil and gas fields at home and abroad, and has passed product evaluation tests by multiple internationally renowned oil companies.
To meet the development needs of oil and gas wells containing acidic gas CO2, we provide 1Cr and 3Cr series economical low-alloy corrosion-resistant oil casing. This series of products has excellent thermodynamic stability and CO2 corrosion resistance. At present, this series of products has been widely used in domestic oil and gas fields such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, and exported in large quantities to regions such as the Middle East and Africa. By adjusting the alloy elements, HS110-S13Cr series martensitic stainless steel oil casing with good toughness and applicability to higher temperatures has been developed successively.
