API series beam pumping unit

  • Product Details

Product Introduction:

The API series beam pumping unit adopts a crank balance method and is the most common and widely used ground power equipment in rod oil production operations in oil fields.

The product complies with API Spec 11E "Technical Specification for Pumping Units" and other relevant standards, and has obtained an API Monogram Usage License.

By utilizing modular and virtual manufacturing technology for design, the product structure is optimized, and the degree of standardization, generalization, and serialization of components is high.

The finite element analysis of the bonded structural components shows stable performance and high reliability.

The reducer adopts a symmetrical split involute double arc herringbone gear transmission, which has good sealing, low noise, smooth rotation, and is reliable and durable.

The whole machine is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and has a long service life.

The advantage of the beam pumping unit lies in its simple and reliable structure, easy maintenance, and suitability for the extraction of most medium and shallow wells as well as conventional viscosity crude oil. It is one of the most widely used oil recovery equipment in oil fields.

Product Features:

  • Mature technology and low failure rate: After long-term application verification, the core components such as the derrick, crankshaft, and gearbox have stable structures and are not prone to complex failures, making it easy for on-site operators to master;

  • Wide adaptability to different scenarios: The requirements for wellhead conditions and crude oil sand content are relatively relaxed, and no special adaptation is needed. It can be widely used in vertical and low angle wells in onshore oil fields;

  • Low maintenance cost: The standardization of components is high, making it easy to purchase and replace. Daily maintenance only requires routine checks (such as lubrication and fastening), without the need for complex professional tools;

  • Low operational threshold: The control logic is simple, the equipment start stop and parameter adjustment are convenient, and on-site employees can operate proficiently after basic training, without relying on highly skilled personnel.
